Day 1 - Marsala
Check- in Marsala with own means and accommodation at the chosen hotel .
1st dinner of products of the land at a nearby restaurant :
Several rustic appetizers made ??with meats , cheeses, vegetables and seasonal vegetables to zero KM productions and BIO. Fresh pasta with grandmother's recipes , and grilled meat from our own farms . All accompanied by local wines . Overnight at hotel .
Day 2 - Erice, Marsala Marsala - 80 Km
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the ancient medieval village of Erice. Visit the village with a sweet gastronomic journey through the workshops of pastry with almonds. From the mountains to the sea in a few minutes and lunch at a popular seaside restaurant with a menu of fish. A journey to discover the local fish and sea food. Inthe afternoon visit at the Tower "Tonnara Bonagia", with its of the Tuna Capture.
Return to hotel and dinner in pizzeria to taste a sicilian pizza (different than Naples).
Day 3 - Marsala
Breakfast . Morning visit to one of the many historical cellars in the city. Tasting of red and white wines, and the prestigious "Marsala" . For lunch we move to a dairy farm for a meal of fresh and aged cheeses (choose from the sales counter ) . Afternoon relax in and around the city of Marsala and the symbolic places of archeology and history of the city . In the late afternoon transfer to the lagoon of Stagnone to attend one of the most beautiful sunsets in the Mediterranean. Dinner aperitif on board one of the boats that take you to the waters of the lagoon , the rest of the evening at leisure to spend between mills and salt pans . Overnight at hotel .
Day 4 - Marsala Marsala Mazara - Km 60
Breakfast at the hotel . Departure for Mazara del Vallo. View to the historical district and Arabic. Lunch at a seafood restaurant . Free afternoon and evening in a typical restaurant for a dinner of shellfish and seafood.
Day 5 - Marsala, Selinunte, Marsala 150 Km
Breakfast at the hotel . Drive to Selinunte. Visit to the archaeological park ( the largest in Europe ) and stop for lunch in a farmhouse for a meal of Belice DOP . Return to Marsala in the afternoon. Depending on the season dinner of typical products of tuna or Street Food ( buns, rianate , fritters , spleen sandwich , arancini ) in one of the many kiosks or bars in the city .
Day 6 - End of the services or the continuation of the stay
At the end of this journey of taste in Marsala and surroundings, you can choose how and whether to continue your stay in Marsala .
